Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Viking Forge, provided by Project Null0 (“we”, “us”). Viking Forge is the rebranded successor to Radar: Tasks & Habits. Existing store application and subscription identifiers may retain the former product name.

1. Using Viking Forge

Viking Forge helps you manage tasks, projects, habits, schedules, timers and related files. You must be legally able to enter into these terms, or have the authorization required under applicable law. You are responsible for your account credentials and for having the rights to the information and files you store.

We grant you a personal, limited right to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the relevant store rules. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Access to the app's paid features requires an active subscription or another explicitly granted entitlement. Available plans, the total price, currency, billing period and any eligible introductory offer are displayed in the app and confirmed by the store before purchase. We do not promise a free tier or a free trial; any trial depends on the actual offer and your store eligibility.

Payment is handled by your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the applicable renewal deadline shown by the store. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period where the store requires it. A trial converts to the disclosed paid subscription unless canceled in time. Store terms govern billing, taxes, payment authorization and refunds.

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in device Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, or use Apple's subscription management page. For Google Play, use Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues for the period determined by the store. Requests for refunds should be made through the store, without limiting your statutory rights.

Use Restore purchases with the store account that made the purchase to restore eligible access. Removing the app, signing out or deleting your Viking Forge account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Test and sandbox transactions do not constitute a paid production subscription.

3. Accounts and your content

You keep ownership of your content. You authorize us and our service providers to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide features you use, such as synchronization, file attachments and support. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Cloud features need a supported account, network connection and eligible access. Local-only information may be lost if you remove the app, clear device data or lose the device. Keep independent copies of important information and files. Synchronization is not a guarantee that every change has already reached another device.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Do not redistribute or modify the app in ways prohibited by the applicable license, except where mandatory law permits it. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate and practicable.

5. Availability and changes

Features depend on compatible devices, operating systems and external providers. Maintenance, network failures and provider outages can interrupt access or synchronization. We may improve or change the service. Where a material change affects paid access, we will provide any notice, remedy or cancellation right required by applicable law and store rules.

6. Responsibility

Viking Forge is a productivity tool; it does not guarantee that you will complete a task, maintain a habit or achieve a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory warranties, refund rights or other consumer protections.

7. Ending use and resolving issues

You may stop using the app at any time, cancel your subscription through the store and request account deletion through the app or by email. If there is a problem, contact us at contact@projectnull0.com. Applicable mandatory consumer law and your rights to seek a remedy remain in effect.

8. Updates and contact
